Ms. Sue Lin founded HTSI in 2004 and currently serves as Vice Chairman of Hermes Epitek. She is also a member of the Board of Industry Leaders at SEMI, actively promoting collaboration and exchange within the global semiconductor industry.
Mr. C.Y. Shu has contributed to Taiwan’s IC industry since the 1970s, starting with RCA technology transfers. He has held key positions at institutions such as ITRI, TSMC, and UMC. In 2001, he joined Hermes-Epitek as President, and later served as President and Chairman of Hermes Microvision, as well as President of HTSI. He now serves on the board of the Pan Wen-Yuan Foundation.
